decent hotel near the center
spacious room comfortable bed rapid wifi cleaning service dirty sheets late checkout fee
the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. i liked that the workspace had a rapid wifi connection. I will consider this hotel again.
the cleaning service was not GOOD. the room needed more cleaning after it. The sheets were not clean upon arrival. This is the first hotel i have stayed at that asks for a fee for late check out.

helpful staff quiet room convenient location
the front desk staff provided helpful tips. They even made dinner reservations for US. The room was quiet despite being on a main road. There is a metro station a VERY short walk away.
the gym was a bit small, though it met my basic workout needs.

I found the breakfast selection to be extensive with fresh options. There was a wide variety, ranging from savory dishes to sweet pastries. All the food looked beautiful and tasted fresh.

The hotel included a complimentary mini bar. It was stocked daily with juice, water, and beer. Breakfast had an omelet station and many selections. Staff members were polite and helpful.
The room doors lacked automatic brakes. The sound of doors closing was loud.

The hotel had a metro station right outside. This detail made getting around the area easy. The hotel was a short walk to shops along La Rambla.

ideal location helpful staff loud noise missing storage
the location was ideal. access to both metro and bus routes was just steps away. the lobby was appealing and the staff were helpful , which i appreciated.
the room doors were heavy and created a loud noise when closed , which disrupted the peace. i also found that the room was missing storage for clothes , which was inconvenient.
